To know that you have successfully cancelled your membership, check the inbox of the email address that was used to set up your account. You should receive a confirmation email to this address. You should not receive any further charges after successful cancellation of your membership and getting a confirmation email. If an error has occurred, please contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Your membership can be cancelled at any time. Once your membership is cancelled, you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your term. No additional billing will be sent after your account has been cancelled.

Refund eligibility:
  1. If you have experienced the following issues you may be eligible for a refund: technical issues, fraudulent activity, or an accidental error in billing.
  2. If the website does not deliver the expected experience, you may also be qualified for a refund.
If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed within 24 hours. An email confirmation will be sent to the address on file. A refund or credit should appear in your account after 3 to 7 business days.
